Manually Closing a Workflow

Check to set the Workflows status to Cancelled. If unchecked the Workflows status will be set to Closed.

Outcome

Define the Outcome if applicable. This list can be limited or be made mandatory based upon the list defined on the Workflow Type.

Until

Optionally specify a date another Workflow of this Category cannot be created until. This will prevent any Account Type rules from starting Workflows of this category.
