Flag Colour
The default flag colour will be assigned to newly created Workflows and can be used to view their status or as a filter on the Task Manager.
Default User
Define the default User for Workflows of this type to be allocated to. Leave blank to allocate via a script.
Leave new Workflows Pending?
Check to when a new Workflow of this type is created, its status will be "Pending". Until it is opened, no processing will take place. Can be used if someone is to review all Workflows of this type before processing starts E.g. before threatening letters etc are sent out.
