Enter Log subject and notes

Subject

Optionally define the Log subject. This subject can be specified by an Information List. Eg. Enter [list.WorkflowOutgoingCommunication] within the Subject field.

The Information List will only be presented to the User when actioning the Workflow Item from the Task Manager. If actioned from other forms, Eg. the Workflows form, the default subject defined on the Information List or in the Workflow Item subject will be used.

Notes

Enter any applicable notes.

Action

Specify the period after which to action this log.

Severity

Optionally define the Severity of the Log.
