Purge Service Log options.

Purge Service Logs flagged as purgeable?

Tick to purge Service Logs that have been flagged as purgeable.

Clear Service Log Request/Response details?

This will clear out the response and extended data for the following service request types:

ServiceRequest Type
PPSRG2B.NZPPSR_SEARCH
PPSRG2B.NZPPSR_SEARCH_DETAILS
PPSRB2G.AUSearchRegistration
PPSRB2G.AURetrieveRegistrationHistoryDetail

On/before?

Select a date to purge records to. Audit Logs created after this date will remain in the Database.

Days

Or specify the number of days since record was created to delete.

Purge Service Logs?

This will delete Service Logs created on or before the date entered.

The service log data will not be cleared if the Service Log is attached to an Account Log, Client Log, Security Statement, Security Statement Log, Security Item, Security Item Log, Mailbox Item or User Log.

On/before?

Select a date to purge records to. Audit Logs created after this date will remain in the Database.

Days

Or specify the number of days since record was created to delete.

Changing On/before or Days will update the other field.

Archive purged Service Logs to file?

Tick to archive the records being deleted to a file. They will be stored in Microsoft's XML DataTable format.

File Name

Specify the File Path where the deleted record file is to be stored.
