The Database Purge wizard can delete or archive Quote Accounts or delete previously Archived Quote Account records.

Purge Archived Account options

Purge "Declined" Account Archives?

Select this option to remove previously archived Declined Account records from the database.

Select a date to purge records to. Audit Logs created after this date will remain in the Database.

Or specify the number of days since record was created to delete.

Select this option to remove previously archived Unwanted Account records from the database.

Select a date to purge records to. Audit Logs created after this date will remain in the Database.

Or specify the number of days since record was created to delete.

Select this option to remove previously archived Closed Account records from the database.

This respects the Global Setting "Archive To" date.

Select a date to purge records to. Audit Logs created after this date will remain in the Database.

Or specify the number of days since record was created to delete.

Changing either On/before or Days will update the other field.
