You must be licenced for the Credit Enquiry Add-On to use the functionality described below.

User Preferences, Clients, Dun & Bradstreet (NZ)

Define the illion/Dun and Bradstreet Consumer (New Zealand) service Credentials

Use details defined under Global Settings?

Tick the checkbox so that the settings defined under Global Settings, Clients, illion/ Dun and Bradstreet Consumer NZ are to be used instead.

User Id and Password

Enter the User Id and Password; this information will be provided upon registering with illion/Dun and Bradstreet.

Defaults

Enquiry Type

Enter the Enquiry Type that will become the default option when using this Service.

Verify connection

Verify

Click the "Verify" button to check that;

connection to the service is working and
ensure account details have been entered correctly.

Test or Production Mode is determined by the default settings found under User Preferences, Cost Centres, General page, Use Test or Production Mode for Service Requests section.
