What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Check with the Administrator user. They can reset your password for you forcing you to change it when you next login.

If this is the case Intersoft Systems can provide you with an over-rider code.

Intersoft Systems will not give password override codes over the phone without proper verification.
Intersoft Systems will normally require a signed document on Company letterhead requesting a password over-rider, this may be faxed.
