Once a Collateral item has been Registered on the PPSR you may view the current information held on the PPSR to verify the details held.
To View a Collateral Registration details held on the PPSR
- From the Security menu, click Security Statements.
- Select the Security Statement you wish to view the Collateral Registration for.
- Select the Security Items page and open the Security Item form by Double-clicking the Item, or by clicking the
button in the correct row of the grid. - Click on the View Registration Action.
The Collateral Registration View form will then be displayed and the mouse pointer will change to an hourglass whilst it talks to the PPSR B2G interface. This process should take from 3 to 10 seconds.
The Collateral Registration information is then shown, including Secured Party Group details, Collateral and Grantors.
