File Name
If there is a document or scan file associated with the Log, enter the file name and location of the Document, or click 
to locate the file and path.
Once the file path is showing in the "File Name" field, click 
to open the file to check it is the correct one.
Bookmark
If the document that is saved supports bookmarks, then the bookmark can be defined here. When opened it will open the document and locate the bookmark.
