Default

Select whether an item is to appear as the default value in a field; this will additionally tick the default. Alternatively, tick the Default to flag an item as default and update the default field.

For example, if you have ticked Single to be the default, this will update the default and display in the Marital Status field on the Individual page of the New Client wizard.

Value

Enter list items applicable.

Some fields, e.g. Motor Vehicle Make, Model, Sub-Model or VehicleType, BodyStyle and may be filled from a single Information List. This is achieved by using a pipe character to separate the fields in a List Item, e.g. Toyota|Corolla|GL will give Make = Toyota, Model = Corolla, Sub-Model = GL

This Information List is defined on the Security Type form.
