Logs Grid

The Log Information cannot be entered or edited directly in the grid.

Logs still to be actioned will be shown in bold text.

Columns

ColumnDescription
Drill Down ButtonClick Drill Down Button to drilldown to the details of the log.
ActionThe Date this Action needs to take place.
Action Date (including Time)The Date this Action needs to take place including the time.
Attachment Button Attachment IconThis icon indicates whether the Log has a document attached to it.
CompleteThe date this log/action was completed.
Complete (including Time)The date this log/action was completed including the time.
CreatedThe Created date.
CreatorThe User that created the log.
DateThe Date and Time fields automatically default from the workstation date and time settings.
Date (including Time)There are two date columns, one shows the date only and the other shows both the date and time. The Date and Time fields automatically default from the workstation date and time settings.
DelegatedWho the Action/Log is Delegated to.
DocumentThe Document Id that is attached to the Log.
Document DescriptionThe Description of the Document that is attached to the Log.
ExternalDisplays a checkbox Checkbox unticked, which will be unticked where the log is not linked Externally.
IdThe Id code of the Log.
Log ClassThe type of Log.
Log Class IconDisplays an Icon.
Log Severity Heading Button Log Severity IconThis icon indicates the severity of the Log.
NotesDisplays all information entered in the notes field.
OwnerThe Owner of the log.
Publish StatusThis shows the status of the log if it is a Document, e.g. Published, Printed, etc.
SeverityThe code of the Logs Severity.
SourceThe Source of the log, for example if the log is the result of a Message being sent this will show as 'Messaging'.
SubjectThe Log Subject; this may have been selected from an Information list or manually entered at the time.
SystemShows a checkbox, Checkbox unticked that is ticked or unticked according to whether the log was generated via the System.
TypeDisplays whether the log is User or Audit generated.
User0 - User9Displays information that has been entered in these User Defined fields.
