Logs Grid
The Log Information cannot be entered or edited directly in the grid.
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
 | Click to drilldown to the details of the log. |
| Action | The Date this Action needs to take place. |
| Action Date (including Time) | The Date this Action needs to take place including the time. |
 Attachment Icon | This icon indicates whether the Log has a document attached to it. |
| Complete | The date this log/action was completed. |
| Complete (including Time) | The date this log/action was completed including the time. |
| Created | The Created date. |
| Creator | The User that created the log. |
| Date | The Date and Time fields automatically default from the workstation date and time settings. |
| Date (including Time) | There are two date columns, one shows the date only and the other shows both the date and time. The Date and Time fields automatically default from the workstation date and time settings. |
| Delegated | Who the Action/Log is Delegated to. |
| Document | The Document Id that is attached to the Log. |
| Document Description | The Description of the Document that is attached to the Log. |
| External | Displays a checkbox  , which will be unticked where the log is not linked Externally. |
| Id | The Id code of the Log. |
| Log Class | The type of Log. |
| Log Class Icon | Displays an Icon. |
 Log Severity Icon | This icon indicates the severity of the Log. |
| Notes | Displays all information entered in the notes field. |
| Owner | The Owner of the log. |
| Publish Status | This shows the status of the log if it is a Document, e.g. Published, Printed, etc. |
| Severity | The code of the Logs Severity. |
| Source | The Source of the log, for example if the log is the result of a Message being sent this will show as 'Messaging'. |
| Subject | The Log Subject; this may have been selected from an Information list or manually entered at the time. |
| System | Shows a checkbox, that is ticked or unticked according to whether the log was generated via the System. |
| Type | Displays whether the log is User or Audit generated. |
| User0 - User9 | Displays information that has been entered in these User Defined fields. |

Preview Pane
The Preview Pane displays a HTML view of information and log detail based upon a script.
