This page refers to the different fields available on the Messaging page of the Entities section of the Admin Libraries.

Below the image of the page you will find itemised descriptions of the fields and a basic guide of what is required.

Enter Global Signature or Disclaimer to appear at the bottom of emails

Enter the text of the Disclaimer that will append to the bottom of emails. This will appear after User Preferences, Messaging and Email, and will replace the Disclaimer entered in Global Settings, Messaging Email.

  • To standardise email Signatures you can use Smart tags such as [User.UserId], [User.Name], [User.JobTitle] and [User.Email] from the user record to auto-populate these fields.
  • When viewing an Email preview, the [Disclaimer] tag may be left behind. This is a special tag, and for Emails should not be used; it is now simply removed. Instead use the following tags:
    • [Signature]
    • [NoSignature]
