This page refers to the different fields available on the Account Types page of the Entities section of the Admin Libraries.

Account Types

Restrict Account Types for new Accounts?

Restrict the Account Types available in the New Account wizard for this Entity by ticking the checkbox. Also, you will need to tick all the Account Types available to the New Account wizard.

Columns

These are the Columns that are available; add or remove as required.

Drill Down ButtonClick Drill Down Button to drilldown to the details of the Account Type.
Active
Checkbox ticked
This column shows the Account Types that are Active.
Available
Checkbox unticked
Tick the checkbox to include this Account Type in the New Account wizard
ClassThe Type of Account Type, e.g. Fixed Term Loan, Deposit etc.
CodeThe Id or Code of the Account Type, e.g. DOC for On Call Deposit.
DescriptionThe Description of the Account Type.

Tick the selected row.

Untick the selected row.
Save Default Button
Save grid layout as defaults.
