Select the record that you are going to base another record upon.
From the Standard Toolbar click the "Duplicate" icon.
The form will change to Add mode. There may be some fields that you will need to enter to complete the record, or you might need to complete the wizard (the example below is the add new client wizard) before being able to save.
Enter all other relevant information required and click .
Click to save the new record.
Alternatively, from the Edit menu, click Save.
Click to cancel the addition of the record.
