To add a new record

Select the Form the new record is to be added to. (The example below shows the Client Form).

Form - Ready Mode

Click the Add Button button.

Alternatively click the Add Button button from the toolbar or from the Edit menu (toolbar pictured below).

Enter the relevant information for the record; into the fields, checkboxes, date fields or drop down lists etc. Fields that can be edited will turn green as they are selected.

Click Save Button to save the new record or from the Edit menu (edit menu pictured below).

Click Cancel Edit Button to cancel the addition of the record or from the Edit menu.


A yellow field or blue writing denotes a mandatory field. If you attempt to add a new record with information missing, the form will place the focus on the field with the missing information and the record will not be saved.
