The Rules Page is where you Add and Edit Rules for how to reach a Decision Outcome.

Drilldown | Open the Item to view or edit properties. |
Active | Tick if this rule should be active |
Rule Type / Rule Type (Indented) | Normal - These test a condition and append a value to the overall Decision Outcome (score) If Block - To start a conditional block, e.g. only do this If a Client has Passport Else Block - To say what should happen if the condition is not met in an existing If Block ElseIf Block - To insert another condition into an existing If Block End If Block - To finish the conditional block Exit Rule - Similar to to Normal rules, but the score defined in the Rule will become the Outcome, and no other Rules will be processed if the condition is met Text Matrix - To create a decision matrix based on one property, e.g. add a weighting based on which City the Client lives in. |

Code | The unique identifier given to relevant Conditions |
Score | The score to be allocated if the condition is met |
Message | Optionally enter a message to display with the score for each of the three available Outcomes |
Conditions / Conditions (Indented) | The object that will be tested when scoring the Decision Card |
