Enter the date for Accounts to be reviewed.

Include Pending Closes to be reviewed on/before the above date?

Tick to include all Accounts with a Pending Close status and a review date on or before the above date.

Include Accounts with a zero net balance?

Tick to include all Accounts with a Zero Net Balance, which means all Loans that have completed normally and fully paid off.

Include Accounts with a Residual Value?

Tick to include all Loan Accounts that have a Residual Value and are post maturity.

Debit / Credit / Refund

From each dropdown select the balance value required for Debit, Credit and Refund balances. Options are:

• Don't include, which will not include in batch.
• From the Account Type, which will include defaults set.
• Override, which gives the option to change the default amount.
