Close Accounts Wizard

Close Accounts, Close Options Small Balance WO

Include small balance Write-Offs

Credit

Select Override from the dropdown list and enter a value of 0.10 (for this example).

Click on the Next button.

Close Accounts, Write Offs and Refunds

The Loan Account will now appear in the list for a write-off credit as per the criteria entered on the previous page of the wizard.

Close Accounts, Close Options Small Balance Refund

Include small balance Write-Offs

Credit/Refund

Select Override from the dropdown list and enter a value of 0.05 (Credit) and 5.00 (Refund) for this example.

Click the Next button.

Close Accounts, Close Options Refund

The Loan Account will now appear in the list for a refund as per the criteria entered on the previous page of the wizard.
