NZBN
The Client's NZ Business number. This must consist of exactly 13 digit number. Note: You can use F6 to Lookup Company Lookup.
IRD No.
The Client's IRD number. This must either be an 8 digit number or a 9 digit number prefixed with a leading zero.
Company No
- New Zealand users are required to enter the Company Incorporation Number as displayed on the Company's Certificate of Incorporation.
- Australian users are required to enter the Company's ABN Number.

Commenced
Define the Organisation's commencement date.
Title
From the dropdown select the Title for the person. The list of default Titles may be created using an Information List.
First, Middle and Last Name
Enter the Client's First, Middle and Last Names.
Date of Birth
Enter the Client's Date of Birth.
Gender
Select the Clients gender from the dropdown list.
Marital Status
The Client's Marital Status.
Job Title
Specify the person's Job Title.
