Clients are Individuals and Companies that you do business with. Clients can include the Borrowers, Investors or Guarantors for accounts. They may also be External Parties to the Account, Broker, Lawyer, or Accountant.

Over time, a full history of Accounts for a Client will be built up allowing credit checking and cross referencing.

The details that can be held for each Client include:

• Current and past Names.
• Address and Contact details, including history.
• Employment history.
• Photo of the client.
• Client profile, additional client information.
• Tax and Banking Information.
• Client Log.
• List of all associated Accounts.
• Client Securities.

Clients are assigned to a Client Type and a Client Group which allows you to group Clients, e.g. Depositors, Borrowers, Guarantors, for enhanced reporting purposes.
