To open the Credit Enquiry form, from the Client menu, click Credit Enquiry.

To assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements under AML, Identity Plus enables customers to electronically verify identity at the point of application.

To perform an Identity Plus verification for a Client

  1. Select the Credit Bureau Service & select the Client.
    • Alternatively, leave the Client blank when performing an Ad-Hoc enquiry.
  2. Select the Credit Bureau Product as Identity Plus.
  3. Credit Enquiry, Service

  4. Click Next.
  5. Credit Enquiry, Individual

  6. If you selected a Client this information will populate.
    • Alternatively, enter Personal, Employment, Phone, Address and Previous Address information as required.

    Depending on your Country, Product and service the details available will vary.

  7. Click Next.
  8. Credit Enquiry, IdentityPlus Options

  9. Select the Access Purpose as AML/Verification.
  10. Define the Account Type, Applicant Type, Reference and/or Amount.
  11. Confirm that 'Consent has been obtained from the Client'.
  12. Click Next to see the results.
  13. Credit Enquiry, IdentityPlus

  14. Click Finish to complete the Credit Enquiry.
