This page allows you to hold details of the Employees of the Branch.

Below the image of the page you will find itemised descriptions of the fields and a basic guide of what is required.

Personnel & Officers

This grid shows details of Branch Employees, additionally you can add and manage Employees, Personnel and/or Officers.
Right mouse click in the top row, to add or change the Columns, change the View of the Grid, reset the layout, find Text, Print or Export.

To Add a new Employee click the Add Item Button "Add" button or to amend the details of the Personnel and Officers click on the drilldown which will open a separate screen, shown on this page.

ColumnDescription
DrilldownClick Drill Down Button to drilldown to the details of the Employment details.
BasisThe Employee's employment basis, e.g. whether the Employee is full-time or part-time.
This list is defined by the EmploymentBasis Information List.
Current
Control Boolean
A ticked checkbox shows that the Employee is current.
Drilldown Client
ClientIcon
Click on the Icon to drilldown to the Client.
DurationDuration that the Employee was employed for, e.g. length of time the Employee worked for the Branch.
GenderEnter the Gender of the Employee.
IdThe Primary Key Id (PK Id) of the Employee.
Job TitleThe Job Title of the Employee.
This list is defined by the JobTitle Information List.
Name

Enter the Name of the Employee:

  • Title, i.e. Mr, Mrs, etc.
    This list is defined by the Titles Information List.
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
Not Current Icon
Checkbox unticked
An unticked checkbox shows that the Employee is not current.
NotesAdditional notes/information relating to the Employee.
OccupationThe Employee's occupation.
This list is defined by the Occupations Information List.
Phone NumberEnter the Phone Number.
Role TypeThe Employee's role within the Branch organisation.
This list is defined by the RoleTypes Information List.
StartThe Date the Employee commenced work for the Branch.
StopThe Date the Employee stopped working for the Branch.
TypeThe Type of employment of the Employee.
This list is defined by the EmploymentType Information List.

Button Strip

Add Item Button
Add an Employee or Officer.
Row Delete Button
Remove the selected rows.
Grid Row Up Button
Move the current row up (Ctrl+Up).
Grid Row Down Button
Move the current row up (Ctrl+Down).
Current Only
Display only the current Employees.
PreviewPane

To show/hide the preview pane window.

This displays details of the currently selected item in the grid.

Save Default Button
Save defaults for this grid.
