The Bank Account Enquiry form can also be opened from the Client form, by clicking on Bank Account Enquiry under the Actions heading.
- Select the Client; this field is mandatory.
- Select the Branch, this will default from the Client.
- Select the Bank Account Service to use.
- Click the appropriate radio button to do the following:
- New Enquiry tick this option to start a New Enquiry.
- Existing Referral Code tick this option and add in the Referral Code (BankStatements) or Application Id (Credit Sense) to search on a request that has previously been made.
- Click the Next
button, to move to the next page of the wizard.
