Immediately archive Declined/Unwanted Quote Accounts?
If unticked, when a Deposit Account is Declined or Unwanted it's status is simply changed to Declined or Unwanted respectively. This means it remains as an Account and will be shown in Account Reports, Workflows can be assigned etc.
If ticked, when Declined or Unwanted the Account is immediately archived and deleted as an Account. It can only be viewed from the Clients form, Accounts page. It will be appearing in Account Reports.
Allow Closed Accounts to be Re-Opened?
Tick if Deposits of this Account Type are able to be re-opened.
