The Statement History form displays the changes that have been made to the Statement cycle during the life of the Account.

Columns available for display in the grid are:

Column	Description
Date	The effective date of the change.
Reference	Details any Reference entered in the Statement Change wizard.
Statement	The Frequency of the statement.
Notes	Details any Notes entered in the Statement Change wizard.
Creator	The finPOWER Connect User who created the record.
Created	The date and time the record was created
Updater	The finPOWER Connect User who updated the record.
Updated	The date and time the record was updated
