Below the image of the page you will find itemised descriptions of the fields and a basic guide of what is required.

Enter Log date, subject and notes.

Date

Enter the Date and time.

Enter or select a Subject.

This list is defined by the LoanLogOthRateSubjects Information List.

Enter Notes if required.

Enter an Action Date and time.

Select from the drop down list the appropriate Log Severity.

Click Finish to complete the wizard.
