Date

Enter the date the log is to be dated. This will default with today's date.

Enter a subject, or select from the pre-defined list of subjects.

This list is defined by the Loan Log Min Pay Subjects Information List.

Enter any applicable notes about the Account Minimum Payment change.

Enter the date this Log should be actioned if applicable.

Optionally enter a time.

Select a Log Severity from the list.
