Date

Enter the date you want the log to dated. This will default with today's date.

Enter a subject, or select from the pre-defined list of subjects.

This list is defined by the LoanLogIntInstrSubjects Information List.

Enter any applicable notes about the Interest Rate Instructions change.

Optionally enter the date this Log should be actioned.

Optionally enter a time.

Select a Log Severity from the list.
