The Index of the Current Workflow Item.

The Current Item is assumed to be: The first 'Auto-Action' item (Version 2 only), the first 'Open' item (Version 2 only), the first item in this Item Group that has a status of either 'Open' (Version 1 only) or 'Not Started'.
