Append Parameter Details to an existing Summary Table.

Syntax

finUtilities.ParametersAppendToSummaryTable(summaryTable, parameters, [pageCaption])

Name	Type	Optional	ByRef	Description
summaryTable	ISSummaryTable		ByRef	The Summary Table to append Parameters to.
parameters	ISParameters			The Parameters.
pageCaption	String	Optional		The Caption of the Page to include if not rendering the entire Parameters collection. This will only render Parameters that fall after a PageStart type Parameter has been found with a Caption that matches this argument up until the next PageStart Parameter.
