GetUserLogSubjectInformationListId Method

Member of finUserFunctions
Return the Information List Id to be used for the Subject of the User Log.

This function was added to be consistent with Account Logs, to enable access from the Web Interface and to allow more User Log Subject Inforamtion Lists to be used in the future.

Syntax
