GetSecurityStmtLogSubjectInformationListId Method

Member of finSecurityStmtFunctions
Return the Information List Id to be used for the Subject of the Security Statement Log.

This function was added to be consistent with Account Logs, to enable access from the Web Interface and to allow more Security Statement Log Subject Information Lists to be used in the future.
