hasFailedReason	Boolean	ByRef	Returns True if this Security Statement's last Register, Amend, Renew or Discharge Transaction has a failed reason.
hasPending	Boolean	ByRef	Returns True if this Security Statement has 'Pending' Transactions.
registered	Boolean	ByRef	Returns True if, according to the previous G2B Transactions, this Security Statement is Registered, i.e., it has been 'Registered', 'Renewed' or 'Registered Prior'.
securityStmt	finSecurityStmt		The Security Statement to search.
