Represents a Recipient that an Email or SMS is to be sent to.

	Duplicate	Indicates whether this is a Duplicate Message and will NOT be sent.
	FeeReference	The Fee Reference.
	LogPk	The primary key of the Log record generated as a result of sending to this recipient. If more than one Log was generated, this is the primary key of the first Log.
	MessageCount	The number of SMS messages.
	ReferenceResolved Read-Only
	Tag	The Tag property can be used to attach another value or object to this object.
	WarningMessage	A Warning Message generated as a result of validating this item against a Message Provider, e.g., via the finMessageRecipients.ValidateSms method.
