IsTimeSpan Read-Only Property

Member of finDateCycle
Indicates that the Cycle is a Time span (compare to IsFrequency), i.e. "6 Monthly" rather than "6 Months".

This is only used in CycleDescription and CycleMnemonicFriendly to return user friendly text.
