Represents TxtStream Messaging Options for a Cost Centre.

	EnableSms	Indicates whether to enable TxtStream SMS Messaging.

	SmsEnableFeeCharging	Indicates whether the cost of the SMS should be made chargeable.
	SmsFromName	The Name to include at the start of the Message text to help identify who the message is from.
	SmsMessageOverhead	The number of characters overhead each Message requires.
	SmsReplyEmail	The Email address to forward any replies to.
	UseSmsUpdates	Indicates whether the SMS Updates facility is used. TxtStream only returns the most recent Reply to an SMS message, so you may wish to disable its use.
