Set the Approval Date and User to the current Date/Time and User.

<para> User must have the Client.IdentificationItems.Approve permission. </para> <para> If the Global setting ClientIdVerificationOption is set to ApprovalOnly then the VerificationDate and VerificationUserPk properties will also be updated. </para>
