GetJointClientId Method

Member of finClientFunctions
Finds a Joint Client code to use based on the Default Format defined in Global Settings.

IF the format does not include '[Sequence]' then resolve Id and check if it already exists. If it does then return a blank string.

Syntax

finClientFunctions.GetJointClientId(mainId)

Parameters

Return Value

String

A string value containing the new Joint Client Id or an empty string if a new Id cannot be created.
