GetFloatingRateAccountTypeSqlWhere Method

Retrieves a String SQL Where to retrieve Floating Rate Account Types.

Used in the "Account Floating Interest Rate Change" and "Account Floating Rate Payment Review" wizards (Form and HTML Widget).
