OptionPaymentDirectDebitExcludeDateOpened Property

Obsolete. Use OptionPaymentDirectDebitDateOpened instead.
Indicates whether to NOT Direct Debit Payments on the Date the Account was Opened.

This is used as the default for the New Account wizard.
