GetFeeAccountLogPk Method

Member of finAccountTransaction
If a Fee Transaction retrieves the AccountLog that created the Fee.

Account Logs will exist for Document Logs and Ad hoc Logs that charge a Fee, i.e. the Transaction is its fee.
