PaymentFeeValueResolved Read-Only Property

Member of finAccountPayment
Returns the Payment Fee value to be charged, but only if the PaymentFee Element is defined and the Payment Fee is being charged. It is also adjusted based upon the Consumer Regulation of the Account.
