UpdateCreditBureauDefaults Property

Indicates whether to update any active Credit Bureau Defaults to indicate that a Payment Arrangement is in place, e.g., update the Default Status to 'Scheme of Arrangement' or whatever to relevant code is for a particular Credit Bureau Service.
