CanUpdateStatusToAccepted Method

Check whether the current User can update the Account Application's Status to 'Accepted', i.e., Accept the Application and create an Account.

This method will, if necessary, create a temporary Account object to validate so do not repeatedly call this method; cache the result.

Syntax

finAccountApp.CanUpdateStatusToAccepted([message])
