SetContentSummaryTable Method

Set the contents of a Bookmark to a Summary Table or, if the Summary Table contains no information, delete the Bookmark.

The WordDocmentOptions properties on the ISSummaryTable, ISSummaryTableRow and ISSummaryTableCell objects can be used to customise how the table is generated.
