SettingsRowBegin Method

Member of ISHtmlSummaryPageStringBuilder
Begin the standard Settings Row which includes links for 'Settings', 'Reset' and 'Save Settings'.

All HTML added after this method is called and before the SettingsRowEnd method is called will be displayed in the Settings popup.
