BillingReference Read-Only Unique reference which will appear on the invoice for the Transaction.
ExpiryDate Read-Only The local Date and Time the search will expire. All Financing Statements must be downloaded by this date for this SearchId.
ExpiryUtcDate Read-Only The UTC Date and Time the search will expire. All Financing Statements must be downloaded by this date for this SearchId.
Items Read-Only The collections of items returned by the Search.
Note Read-Only This text is returned by the PPSR to confirm to the party searching that the order of financing statements do not infer any priority.

PageSize Read-Only The number of items on a page.
PaymentResultId Read-Only Where a PPSR transaction incurred a fee, contains the unique ID generated by the MBIE payment system for a payment request submitted from PPSR.

SortOrder Read-Only Indicates whether the Sort By order is ascending or descending.
SortOrderText Read-Only Indicates whether the Sort By order is ascending or descending.
