Only applicable to Debtors of an Organisation type (ignored for debtor persons). When NZBN is provided PPSR will lookup the NZBN register and if found (and active), match the entity name in NZBN against the debtorOrganisaton.organisationName and pre-populate nzbnEntityType and debtorOrganisation.incorporationNumber. All other details (eg. addresses, phone etc..) must still be supplied by the registering party. NZBN will be ignored if debtorOrganisation.organisationType is either other, partnership or trust.
