Name Description
BillingReference The Billing Reference. This will appear next to the trasaction charge on the invoice/statement generated by the PPSR.
BillingTxnNumber The Billing Transaction Number returned from the PPSR.
ChangeDetails Read-Only A summary list of all the changes that have been made to the Registration.
CollateralItems Read-Only A collection of Collateral Items.
DateDischarged The Discharge Date.

DateRegistered The date the Financing Statement was Registered.
DateReinstated
DebtorPin The PIN assigned by the Security Register to the Debtors on this Financing Statement.
Debtors Read-Only A collection of Debtors.
ExpiryDate The Expiry Date of the Financing Statement.
FinancingStatementId The Financing Statement registration number assigned by the Security Register when the Finanacing Statement was registered if the Security Register deals with Financing Statements, e.g., the New Zealand PPSR G2B.
IsAmendFs Indicates whether this Financing Statement is the result of a CompareFinancingStatments.
IsDirty Read-Only Indicates whether this object has been modified since being created.
LastUpdatedDate The last date the Financing Statement was updated.
Pin Financing Statement PIN.
PriorRegDate Required when sending a REG_PRIOR_FS transaction
PriorRegLegislationId Required when sending a REG_PRIOR_FS transaction
RegisterStatus Read-Only The Status Code converted to the relevant Register Status.
