The number of vehicles being monitored for a particular service (e.g. WOF reminder) in the current calendar month. This is different to the 'currentMonitorCount' in that this number does not decrement when a vehicle is removed for the current calendar month. This number is reset to the 'currentVehicleCount' in the next calendar month.
